Join fellow administrators, owners, and industry experts for this one-of-a- kind "deep dive" into the business side of practice management.
Small group sessions allow (and encourage!) attendees to network with peers, brainstorm on some of the most important topics facing practice managers today, and to learn from industry knowledge-leaders. Practice Administrators and MD/OD Owners will dig into topics such as Compliance, Human Resources, Patient Education, Financials, Technician Training and Clinical Flow. This is not a lecture - this highly interactive workshop digs deep to give attendees the information and guidance they need to manage profitable - and efficient - ophthalmic practices in an open and interactive group setting.
